Most orders are prepared and shipped within **3–5 business days** after your order is placed.
Processing may take a little longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
Packing Video Service: Our Video Service is currently FREE for a limited time! If selected, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for video preparation and order processing.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping & Estimated Delivery
**Estimated Shipping Time: 7–15 Business Days After Dispatch**
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and customs processing.
Please note that shipping estimates begin when your package is dispatched, not when your order is placed.
Occasional delays may occur during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or customs clearance.
**Free Shipping:** Enjoy free shipping on eligible orders of **$40 or more after discounts**, excluding taxes and shipping charges.
If a coupon or promotion reduces your order subtotal below $40, free shipping will no longer apply. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
You can use the tracking details to follow your package's journey.
If you need assistance tracking your order, please contact us with your order number.
4. Shipping Address
