1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a notification email when your order ships.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

We currently ship worldwide from our fulfillment center in China.

North America 1–2 weeks $15 USD (FREE over $79)
Rest of World 2–3 weeks $15 USD (FREE over $79)

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and do not include processing time. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is $15 USD for orders below $79 USD.
Shipping is FREE for orders of $79 USD or more.

You will receive a separate email with your tracking number once the parcel has shipped.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Your Responsibility: For international orders, you (the recipient) are the importer of record and are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to understand any applicable import regulations or fees.

Our Role: We are not responsible for these charges and cannot predict their amount. All packages are declared with the accurate value of contents as required by law. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Zinnia Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the tracking status shows “Delivered”. We recommend contacting your local postal service or neighbors first.

If a package is lost in transit before delivery is confirmed, please contact us at info@luckyzinnia.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier.

7. Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
